SinnerShot Archery ("we," "us," or "our") operates sinnershotarchery.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

  • Contact form. The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us; what we receive is the email you choose to send, from the address you send it from.
  • Automatic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand general traffic patterns. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

We do not collect payment card information on this site. Online checkout is handled by BigCommerce, our ecommerce and payment platform, and card details are never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, booking requests, and questions about services or products
  • To improve the site, our services, and the overall customer experience
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:

  • Google Maps, to show our shop location and provide directions. Google's own privacy policy governs any data collected through the embedded map.
  • BigCommerce, which hosts our product catalog, cart, and checkout. When you check out, BigCommerce and its payment processor handle your order and payment details under their own privacy policies. We never see or store full payment card numbers.

These services may use cookies or similar technology as part of their normal operation, governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies/local storage, for example to remember items in your cart during a browsing session. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features (like the cart) may not work as expected without them.

Data Retention

We keep emails you send us only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide service, or maintain records for legitimate business purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights & Choices

  • You can ask us what personal information we have on file for you
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information

To exercise any of these, just reach out using the contact info below.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
